Great work from the production team on bespoke cylindrical fender

The production team have been working hard this week, getting a bespoke cylindrical fender out the door for a regular customer.

We were approached by our client asking if we could make a one-off cylindrical round fender from EPDM rubber. This type of rubber is a popular choice for our customers as it is resistant to weathering, water and steam meaning it is great for a range of purposes, especially in the marine industry.

After working out some sizes and costings, the client came back to us with another question – can you help with pre-drilled holes on the ends of the fender? Of course we could! The drawings were sent over which we examined to agree on any additional charges for drilling both ends with different hole sizes and pitch.

The finished product looks great – an excellent effort from the Aquaseal production team!
