PVC or polyvinyl chloride is a widely used synthetic plastic polymer. It is a thermoplastic polymer and can be produced in a rigid or flexible form.

Polyurethane shore hardnesses can be softer than a pencil rubber, harder than nylon, or anywhere between. We manufacture a range of products in polyurethane.

Nitrile is a synthetic rubber derived from acrylonitrile. It is widely used for seals, oil resistant applications, off-road equipment, and hydraulic applications.

Natural rubber is obtained from latex, a natural secretion of certain plants. Aquaseal uses natural rubber in products such as belting, hoses, tubing, insulators, valves, and gaskets.

Neoprene is the trade name for a group of synthetic rubbers based on polychloroprene. We manufacture a range of products in this material.

Viton is a great choice for food grade rubber as it withstands high temperatures and is very durable. It is also non-toxic and odour free which suits the needs of a food manufacturers.

Aquaseal Rubber utilises EPDM synthetic rubber compounds for general and speciality outdoor applications such as steam hoses, tubing, high temperature-resistant seals, electrical insulation, roll covers, sheeting and more.

Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR) is the most common and economical synthetic rubber compound available and is used in a broad range of industrial applications. Aquaseal Rubber can create a wide range of SBR-based products.

Butyl rubber is now one of the most widely used synthetic rubber compounds on the market. Aquaseal Rubber manufactures a wide range of products in this material, including seals, gaskets, and sheeting, as well as cost-effective compression moulding.

Our Fluoroelastomers are used for numerous high-performance applications in the aerospace, automotive, industrial fields, and more. Fluoroelastomers are custom molded into a wide variety of rubber products including seals, o-rings, rubber gaskets, valves, and rubber diaphragms.

Silicone rubber is an inorganic polymer comprising silicone and oxygen. Typical custom silicone rubber products include insulators, rubber diaphragms, and impact absorbers. A long service life makes this rubber compound ideal for many industrial applications.
